FFD Series Explosion Proof LED Light
The FFD Series is a high-performance explosion-proof LED light made for places where flammable gas, vapor, or dust may be present. It can go up to 200W and gives strong, reliable lighting for many industrial jobs. The housing is made of tough die-cast metal and has IK10 impact resistance, IP66 waterproof protection, and tempered-glass optics, so it can work safely and steadily even in harsh environments.
The light provides 15000 to 30,000 lumens, offers several beam angle options, and reaches up to 150 lm/W efficiency. It can be used in both indoor and outdoor hazardous areas. It is certified for Class I Division 2 (Groups A–D), Class II Division 2 (Groups F–G), and Class III, which makes it suitable for refineries, chemical plants, offshore platforms, power stations, and other places with explosion risks. An optional 90-minute emergency function keeps the light on during power outages.
